Bio:
I am a counseling intern passionate about walking alongside individuals, children, and families as they navigate challenges and grow in deeper connection with themselves and others. I am especially interested in child and adolescent development and family and relational dynamics. I believe relationships are central to who we are, and that growth in relationships fosters personal growth as well. My hope is to support clients in building healthier patterns that strengthen families and communities.
Growing up in a large family with five siblings has shaped my understanding of relationships and given me a deep appreciation for both the challenges and beauty of family life. Coming from a multicultural background, I value the role culture plays in shaping our experiences and worldview. Outside of counseling, I enjoy being with my family, staying active through fitness, and spending time outdoors.
