Bio:

Raji finds deep meaning in walking alongside people through life’s many seasons and challenges. She believes seeking counseling is a courageous step that reflects strength, hope, and a desire for growth and healing. She offers a warm, collaborative, and judgment-free space where clients can feel heard, explore their experiences, and discover new possibilities for themselves and their relationships.

Raji’s path to counseling grew from recognizing a need in her community and witnessing the difference compassionate support can make in people’s lives. These experiences shaped her belief that every person has a unique story and that feeling genuinely seen, heard, and understood can be an important part of the healing process.

She believes clients are the experts in their own lives. Rather than telling clients who they should be, Raji sees her role as walking alongside them;helping them recognize their strengths, develop greater self-understanding, work through challenges, and move toward the life and relationships they want to build.

Clients can expect Raji to bring authenticity, compassion, and genuine care to the counseling relationship. She strives to create a welcoming environment where clients can show up as they are, explore difficult experiences without judgment, and work toward meaningful change, healing, and hope.
