Bio:
My husband and I have been married for 33 years. We have two grown children, one pre-teen and two grandchildren. Much of my marriage I have had the privilege of being home with these children and grandchildren that I dearly love. Nothing is more important to me than family. Since my husband is a retired Seattle Police officer of 30 years, I feel I can relate to families of first responders. Also, having lost all our parents in a matter of four years, I feel I can relate and speak from my own grief journey.

I draw from a systemic lens as well as Emotionally Focused Therapy and Attachment Theory. I believe our family of origin greatly impacts and influences us as adults and in our relationships. Above all, I believe God in his Word teaches us how to live a flourishing life.
