Bio:

My name means “Great Pearl,” and it shapes how I live—grounded in the belief that every person has deep value worth uncovering. Pearls form through layers built around irritation, mirroring how life’s wounds can become places of meaning and beauty.  Outside the therapy room, I enjoy time with my husband and two kids, going to the gym, good coffee, traveling, and watching funny dog videos.

Therapeutic Style:

At the core of our humanity is a longing to feel safe, accepted, connected, and purposeful. When these needs go unmet, emotional pain can feel overwhelming. Healing begins when people are met with curiosity, compassion, and a safe space to explore their story. I work to create an environment where clients feel deeply seen, valued, and respected.

I practice client-centered, integrative, trauma-informed therapy grounded in relationship.  My approach is client-centered, process-oriented, and paced to honor each person’s readiness. Together, we gently explore lived experiences, untangle unresolved emotions, and build insight that supports meaningful growth. By attending to attachment, the nervous system, and the meanings people carry, I help clients integrate their pain without shame, restoring internal safety so they can live and relate from a place of worth, self-trust, and authenticity rather than fear.

No one should walk their healing journey alone—everyone deserves a compassionate witness!

It would be an honor to bear witness to your story and walk alongside you toward healing and new freedom.
