Therapeutic Style:

We are each unique, extraordinary people. We are also deeply wounded people. The ways we learn to protect ourselves from the pain of our wounds often stop working at some point in life. Then counseling can be of great service: working with another to grieve life's losses and find new ways of living that better fit our needs and desires. This is the work we do together - building a trusting and honest relationship. You know yourself; I know something of healing from emotional pain. I am on your side, creating the space and safety for discovery, healing and growth. This frees us to identify and resolve the issues and obstacles that stand between you and your goals, between you and joy, between you and living fully alive.
