Biographical Information:

My husband and I have been married for 33 years. We have two grown children, one pre-teen and two grandchildren. Much of my marriage I have had the privilege of being home with these children and grandchildren that I dearly love. Nothing is more important to me than family. Since my husband is retired Seattle Police officer of 30 years, I feel I can relate to families of first responders. Also, having lost all our parents in a matter of four years, I feel I can relate and speak from my own grief journey.

Therapeutic Style:

My goal is for you to experience positive change so you can live your best life to the fullest. As you gain a deeper sense of God’s love for you and recognize what it means to be made in His image, my hope is that you would grow in your love for Him, find peace that passes understanding, overflow with deep-seated joy, and use your gifts and strengths for His glory. I draw from a systemic lens as well as Emotionally Focused Therapy and Attachment Theory. I believe our family of origin greatly impacts and influences us as adults and in our relationships. Above all, I believe God in his Word teaches us how to live a flourishing life.
